Our client is seeking a seasoned People Advisor with substantial case management experience. This is a fixed-term position, available until the end of March 2025, offering a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, as well as an enhanced benefits package designed to support a healthy work-life balance and professional growth.
As the HR Advisor, you will join an extremely supportive and established team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive advice and guidance on various HR matters, such as:
People policies and procedures
Absence and sickness management
Disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes
Performance management
Health and well-being
Equality, diversity, and inclusion
Recruitment and selection
Staff engagement
Process improvements
Our client seeks an individual who has extensive experience in managing employee relations casework from start to finish, with minimal support. In addition to this, you will also need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload effectively, as well as having a forward-thinking, curious, and resilient approach.
