Description
Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist with employee relations cases, including absence management and disciplinary procedures.
Support recruitment and selection processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist in the design and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements.
Provide support and training to managers on HR matters.Profile
A successful People Advisor should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proficient knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
