The purpose of the role:
To assist with all aspects of the recruitment process and support the HR function with the day to day priorities. Working closely alongside the Head of Recruitment and the HR Manager (People Team), representing Rotherwood to individuals during the recruitment/interview/onboarding process and during their ongoing employment – the full employee lifecycle. Creating and maintaining relationships with Home Manager’s and ensure all necessary documentation and recruitment/HR procedures meet the Rotherwood way and regulatory/employment law requirements.
You will also be accountable for the following:
Pre-screening candidates
Onboarding/Compliance checks
Arrange Staff Start Dates
