People Admin Assistant
Full time, temporary - on going
Retford based - Hybrid working
Up to £26k.
As the People Administration Assistant, you will provide a professional, high quality, timely and customer focused service to key stakeholders, job applicants and colleagues throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide a high-quality service on the full employee lifecycle across the business.
- Preparation and processing all documentation relating to new starters, contracts changes and leavers.
- Support with regular compliance checks.
- Liaise with leaders and managers to support the process of the recruitment and on boarding of new employees.
We are looking for:
- Excellent experience working as an administrator.
- Very strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Good communicator, both verbally and written.
- Knowledge of general IT Systems.
