Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Pensionwise Guidance Specialist to join our dedicated team.

We provide comprehensive information, advice and guidance to individuals in need and we are expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our services and new ways of working.

Pensionwise Guidance Specialist - £25,984 – £28,672 FTE dependent on experience

p/w available (min 22.5hrs p/w would be considered) Fixed Term Contract - August 2025 (may be extended/become permanent based on funder decision)

Location: Dudley and Wolverhampton Offices / Home Working

Successful applicant must pass:
1. HM Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) (in depth DBS check) and references prior to starting;
2. And Successful completion of probation is based on passing the Pension Wise accreditation training and test including other criteria based on job role

Main Job Purpose
● To provide a comprehensive and confidential specialist quality service for clients in line with the requirements of the contractual obligations
● Taking responsibility for the delivery of individual and team targets and outcomes
● Responsible for the provision of a high quality specialist service for customers eligible for pensions guidance
● To help clients understand the full implications of their pension options and choices
