We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has pensions administration experience:

Are you an experienced Pensions professional ready for a new challenge? Do you enjoy supporting and developing others?

We’re looking for a Pensions specialist to train as a tutor to support apprentices building careers within the pensions industry. This is a great opportunity to step away from day-to-day administration and use your industry knowledge to coach, mentor and develop the next generation of pensions professionals.

What you’ll be doing:

* Manage and support a caseload of apprentices through their programme.

* Coach and mentor learners through virtual and one-to-one sessions.

* Share your pensions knowledge and industry experience.

* Create and adapt learning materials.

* Review learner work and provide constructive feedback.

* Track progress and provide support where needed.

* Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance.

What we’re looking for:

* At least 3 years’ pensions industry experience, ideally in Pensions Administration.

* Experience of coaching, mentoring, training or supporting colleagues.

* Strong knowledge of pensions processes and industry practices.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Confident using Microsoft Office, digital systems and online learning platforms.

* A genuine interest in helping others develop and succeed.

Teaching experience isn't essential – full support and development will be provided to help you transition into the tutor role.
