Description
Assist in the administration and maintenance of pension schemes, including data processing, calculations, and record-keeping.
Review and analyse pension scheme documentation, member data, and contributions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare pension scheme reports, statements, and other communications for clients, trustees, and stakeholders.
Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, pension scheme members, and other parties in a timely and professional manner.
Support the implementation of process improvements and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pension administration.
Stay up-to-date on changes in pension legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless delivery of pension services and solutions.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.Profile
Considerable pensions administration experience
Knowledge of pension schemes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Technically proficient in operational pensions administration
Data base and systems management including ability to test programs, correct errors and make changes
