Description:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Assistant Pensions Administrator to join our growing pensions administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career within pensions, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver a high-quality service to members, clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate pension records and process member events including new joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers and benefit statements.
Respond to member, employer and adviser enquiries by phone and email within agreed service levels.
Arrange pension benefit and lump sum payments accurately and within required timescales.
Assist with trustee reports, meeting preparation and follow-up actions where required. Skills & Experience
Previous administration experience within pensions, financial services or a busy office environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proactive, reliable and able to manage workload effectively while working as part of a team. What We Offer
