If you have experience working in pensions administration or pensions customer service and are passionate about delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

As a Pension Administrator, you'll play a vital role in helping customers through key life events while ensuring pension schemes are administered accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing pension and retirement plan administration from start to finish.

Processing transfers, retirements, commutations and other pension transactions.

Preparing customer and regulatory communications.

Maintaining accurate customer records and pension data.

Supporting customers through sensitive cases, including bereavements, with professionalism and empathy.

Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within service standards.

Collaborating with colleagues on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Sharing your pensions knowledge and supporting other teams across the business.

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

Experience within pensions administration or pensions customer service.

A strong understanding of pension products and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
