We're delighted to be helping a successful financial services business in Lutterworth to recruit a skilled Pension & Investment Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, well-reputed local team who are trusted financial advisors to a large portfolio of clients.

Hours, salary and benefits:
35 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
£22,000 - £30,000

As Pension & Investment Administrator, you'll have the following duties and responsibilities:
Obtaining current fund values for investments and creating reports from this information for customers
Carrying out various research activities to assist in the advice process with clients
Supporting the production of pensions, life and investments valuations and quotes
Contributing to organisation and planning through introducing new and improved procedures
Managing he distribution of customers' letters of authority in order to ensure regulatory compliance
Undertaking general administrative duties (e.g. scanning, filing, preparing letters, telephone calls etc)
Generating client-facing documents in order to complete the advice process
Managing platform funds on an ongoing basis in order to meet customer requirements
Continually maintaining and developing technical, product and industry knowledge
We're looking for a Pension & Investment Administrator with the following skills and experience:
Extensive previous experience of providing similar administrative support to an IFA, or within a similar financial services or wealth management business
CII Level 3 Certification or Level 4 Diploma would be beneficial but is not essential
IT proficient, with a good working knowledge of MS Office
Sound understanding of the pensions and investment sector
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Well organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Enjoys working in a busy environment, and demonstrates a positive and proactive approach
