Prepare, collate, and check documentation relating to pension and financial administration activities.
Produce correspondence, reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation as required.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation where appropriate.
Provide additional administrative support to managers and the wider team as required.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and company standards.
Essential Requirements

Recent administration experience within a financial services, pensions, payroll, banking, insurance, accounts, or other regulated financial environment.
Proven experience processing high volumes of administrative work accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

A professional approach to customer service and stakeholder interactions.
The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Desirable Skills
Previous experience within pensions administration.
Experience producing or checking complex financial calculations.
Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working within a target-driven or service-level agreement (SLA) environment.
Important Information
