About the Role:
Position: PE Specialist
Location: Eastbourne
Start Date: September (Immediate availability preferred)
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Salary: Paid to scale plus SEN allowance
What You'll Do:
- Teach PE in an alternative provision setting across KS3/4
- Cater predominantly for students with SEMH, ADHD, and other needs.
- Use your resilience and sense of humour to create a positive learning environment.
- Manage and respond effectively to challenging behaviours.
Ideal Candidate:
- Resilient and patient, with a strong sense of humour.
- Experienced in working with SEMH and ADHD students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is ideal but not essential.
- Passionate about making a difference in students' lives.
