Location: Ashington, Northumberland
Salary: £85 - £110 per day
Status: ASAP
GSL Education are seeking a skilled and experienced PE Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in schools in Ashington, Northumberland.
Job Summary: The PE HLTA will provide high-quality support to teachers and Students across the schools, including delivering lessons, supervising classes without the teacher, and providing targeted support to individual and small groups of students.
Role of a Science Teacher:
Planning and delivering high-quality PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
Promoting the importance of physical fitness, health, and wellbeing.
Organizing extracurricular sports activities and events to encourage participation and teamwork.
Lead classes under the direction of the teacher, delivering pre-planned lessons.
Provide support and guidance to pupils in their learning activities.
Collaborating with colleagues to integrate physical education into the broader school curriculum.
Providing constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will:
Specialization or experience in Physical Education.
Passion for working with young people and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Strong passion for physical education and sports.
Previous experience as a HLTA or in a similar role.
