PDI SERVICE TECHNICIAN
LOUGHTON | £30,000–£36,000 BASIC | £8,000 OTE ON TOP | UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
THE OPPORTUNITY
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for a PDI Service Technician to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Loughton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified technician looking for a competitive basic salary, additional earning potential and a consistent working pattern within an established workshop.
THE ROLE
* Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on vehicles.
* Inspect vehicles to identify faults and ensure they meet the required standards.
* Complete any necessary preparation work and repairs before vehicles are handed over.
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
* Maintain accurate records and follow workshop procedures.
* Ensure vehicles are safe and ready for customer delivery.
THE PACKAGE
* £30,000–£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
* £8,000 OTE on top of basic salary, with uncapped earning potential.
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
* One in four Saturdays, 8:00am–1:00pm, paid at time and a half.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair — essential.
* Full, valid driving licence — essential.
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
* A reliable and proactive approach.
* The ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment.
