PAYE PCO Driver – Fully Electric Vehicle Provided- Consistent
Odysse is a fast-growing, London-based fully electric private hire fleet helping professional drivers earn more consistently through smarter job flow, better positioning, and dedicated operational support.
We are currently recruiting experienced PCO drivers for a full-time PAYE opportunity with a fully electric vehicle provided.

Typical Package includes:
£36,000–£39,000 annual earning opportunity
£700–£800+ typical weekly earnings
£14–£18 per online hour

Duties
Provide safe, reliable, and professional private hire services across London
Complete agreed shifts with strong punctuality and reliability
Deliver excellent customer service and a high-quality passenger experience
Operate a fully electric vehicle in line with Odysse operational standards
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional presentation at all times
Work closely with fleet managers and operations teams to maximise efficiency and earning potential
Requirements
Valid PCO (Private Hire) licence issued by Transport for London (TfL)
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points in the past 3 years
Professional and customer-focused attitude
Strong reliability and punctuality
Comfortable working within a full-time PAYE employment model
