PCB Reworker

Welwyn

Up to £33,000pa

We are looking for an experienced PCB Reworker to join a production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong soldering and rework skills who can work to high-quality standards within an electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out PCB rework, modification and repair to IPC standards

* Perform through-hole and SMT component replacement

* Inspect assemblies for workmanship and quality compliance

* Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs

* Maintain accurate production and rework records

Requirements

* IPC 7711 qualification (current or expired accepted)

* Previous PCB rework experience within electronics manufacturing

* Strong soldering skills on fine-pitch and SMT components

* Ability to use microscopes and standard rework equipment

* Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach

Desirable Skills

* Any other form of IPC certification or experience

* Experience with BGA rework

* Understanding of ESD procedures

* Ability to work from technical documentation

* Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
