Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner

Location: Bristol, South Gloucestershire & North Somerset (Community-Based)

Salary: £26,363.57 - £28,325 per annum (salary increases to £28,325 upon successful completion of the fully funded BTEC Level 4 in Positive Behaviour Support) plus mileage reimbursement

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including travel time)

Essential: Full UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle. This is a community-based role requiring travel across the region.

We're looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our team as Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioners, supporting young people (16+) and adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex support needs.

Using Positive Behaviour Support, you'll help people build independence, remain in their communities and improve their quality of life while working closely with families and professionals.

We're looking for:

Experienced PBS Practitioners
Senior or experienced Support Workers
Mental Health or Learning Disability Support Workers
Autism Practitioners
Psychology graduates with relevant professional experience supporting vulnerable people
Essential Requirements

Experience supporting young people (16+) and/or adults with learning disabilities and Autism.
Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern and/or complex mental health needs.
Full UK manual driving licence.
Access to your own vehicle.
