We are looking for a Payroller to join our client in Coventry. This exciting role will involve managing payroll processes and getting on board for an upcoming Project - this is not one to be missed!

My client is a successful manufacturing business based in Coventry. They have an immediate requirement to recruit a Payroller into their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Description

Manage and execute payroll processes accurately and timely
Collaborate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
Prepare payroll reports for management as required
Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and company policies
Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
Assist with year-end procedures such as P60 distribution
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as neededProfile

A successful Payroller should have:

A strong understanding of payroll processes and UK payroll legislation
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in payroll software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work well in a team and independently
