Role: Payroll Transformation Specialist
Type: Contract (6 Months with potential Extension)
Location: UK (Remote)
Working Model: Remote
The Role Act acts as the strategic bridge between the project team, external vendors, and internal IT (Architecture, Cybersecurity) to ensure the technical side of Mars' payroll transition runs flawlessly. This is a coordination and delivery role, not hands-on coding.
Key Responsibilities:
Map complex application and database dependencies across the payroll landscape.
Coordinate system integration points with the wider enterprise estate.
Lead data archiving and legacy system decommissioning.
Manage third-party vendors and translate technical requirements for business stakeholders.
Requirements:
Strong background in Application Service Management and cross-functional IT coordination.
Technical depth to engage credibly with infrastructure and security specialists.
Bonus: Direct experience with HRIS or payroll system migrations (ideally EY Payroll or SAP Payroll 6.8).
