Description:
FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Payroll Supervisor based in Aberdeen City Centre. This is a permanent, full time position, working in office.
Main Duties include:
* Responsible for a small team, delegating tasks and maintaining morale
* Setting and adhering to payroll deadlines
* Communicating with external clients in a professional manner, and responding to queries promptly
* Ensuring excellent standards of service are met and fostering strong relationships with clients
* Supporting Senior Management with proposals for new clients
* Consider any improvements that could be made to internal processes and implement accordingly
Suitable candidates should have the following:
* Excellent working knowledge of SAGE Payroll (Essential)
* Experience of processing several payrolls against various deadlines
* Experience of managing a team
* Strong customer service and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
* Working knowledge of Xero Payroll (Desirable)
