Duties for the Payroll Specialist role:
Processing monthly payroll data accurately and promptly.
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries.
Ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Preparing payroll reports for management review.
Coordinating with the HR department for new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments.
Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information.
Assisting in internal and external audits related to payroll.Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Proficiency in payroll software
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
