JOB TITLES: Payroll Specialist – 12/18 month FTC
HOURS: 35 hours - Monday – Friday
WORKING STRUCTURE: 4 days in during probation, then can go to 3/2 split, in the office.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 12-18 month fixed term contract.
The perfect candidate will be accountable for ensuring the precise and punctual handling of payroll for all staff, adhering to pertinent regulations, and upholding the confidentiality of confidential payroll data.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the precise and punctual processing of payroll for all employees.
Ensure comprehensive compliance with UK & US legislative requirements at the federal, state, and local levels concerning payroll.
Conduct regular audits to reconcile payroll data, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
Generate and scrutinize payroll reports to facilitate financial and management reporting.
Offer insights and recommendations derived from the analysis of payroll data.
Handle and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. PERSON SPECIFICATION

P11d Processing – PAS System
Advanced UK Legislation knowledge (including benefits, ERS etc)
US Payroll Processing & US Legislation Knowledge
