Are you a seasoned payroll professional ready to scale your expertise across Europe? We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Specialist to own and optimize our multi-country European payroll operations. This role is perfect for an articulate, detail-oriented expert who thrives in a collaborative team, manages risk flawlessly, and wants to put their hard-earned skills into practice within a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities
Manage End-to-End Payroll: Process multiple monthly European payrolls utilizing third-party providers.
Lead Country Operations: Own specific country payrolls based on your expertise, including all critical year-end activities.
Audit Commissions: Independently audit complex commission reports and resolve related employee queries.
Handle Benefits & Expenses: Differentiate, track, and process benefits and expenses accurately through payroll.
Partner Internationally: Collaborate with Treasury for funding, Finance for journal reconciliations, and internal teams for variables.
Drive Reporting & Audits: Deliver monthly reporting and successfully complete mid-year and year-end external finance audits.
Cross-Train & Grow: Continuously cross-train on all European payrolls within the team to build ultimate operational resilience.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience: 3+ years of solid, hands-on payroll processing experience.
Power User: Fully PC literate with excellent MS Office skills and an aptitude for learning new systems.
Soft Skills: High accuracy, strict confidentiality, great time management, and excellent customer service.
Language Bonus: Fluency in an additional European language is highly desirable.
