As a Payroll Officer, you will work closely with the Head of UK HR and the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees. Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling 2 monthly payrolls for different employee groups
Utilising the ADP system for both hourly paid and salaried personnel
Liaising with Payroll bureaus for European employees
Managing HMRC-related payroll requirements and staying updated on legislative/statutory changes
Administering employee benefits, such as My Benefits/Bupa Cash plan/Bupa medical/Life assurance/Death in Service and Aviva pension
Working with salary data providers and utilising the Hay evaluation system for grading employees
Managing the ADP payroll provider software for various administrative tasks???? Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Payroll experience

Proactive approach with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility???? Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Familiarity with ADP software
HRIS experience
