Salary:

up to £25,000 (Depending on Experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a payroll officer to join their practice team based near Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice with excellent benefits package.

Duties to include:

Managing a portfolio of clients payrolls.

Offer advice and information to clients with regards to SMP & SSP

Assist in the management of a varied client portfolio from smaller limited companies through to companies with large weekly/monthly payrolls

Process end to end payroll, including dealing with your client queries

Reviewing and checking all aspects of payroll process

Deal with HMRC PAYE/NI regarding queries

Successfully build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients

Uploading workplace pensions contributions to pension providers

Experience:

· 2 years Practice payroll experience within a payroll department.

· 3 years Industry payroll experience but you must have managed a number of payrolls i.e. for various sites/branches

· Good telephone manner

· Interpersonal skills

· Good IT skills and use of Office 365

· Sage 50 Payroll
