As Payroll Manager you’ll be responsible for:
Managing the payroll process for 1,300+ employees.
Ensuring accuracy in elements such as regular pay, overtime, bonuses, etc.
Preparing and submitting tax returns (P60s and P11Ds), ensuring accuracy to avoid penalties.
Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of payroll staff, and provide training.
Coordinate workload distribution and enforce deadlines to meet operational goals.
Conduct performance evaluations, offering feedback to enhance team performance. The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience with high volume payrolls - 1000+
Experience with Managing a Payroll Team.
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to proactively identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Strong systems skills including Excel, including pivot tables, and VLookups. Interested?
