We are seeking a motivated Payroll Manager to lead a team and overseeing payroll operations for clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead project management for client onboarding, covering implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
Lead on all payroll tasks, ensuring all clients needs are met.
Ensure accurate technical guidance aligns with client needs and contribute to strategic planning and technology adoption.
Conduct advanced technical research and communicate insights effectively in client meetings or in writing. Experience and Skills:
Lead project management including implementation.
Lead the payroll team and provide training, to bring out their best.
Promote the payroll department.
