As Payroll Manager, you'll be leading a team of experienced payroller, developing talent and building a first class team at the forefront of our client experience,

A bit about you:

An experienced Clients Payroll Manager, with team management experience.
Experienced in supporting the payroll team to deliver a first class payroll service
Bureau experienced: You thrive in the fast-paced bureau environment where variety, client service, and attention to detail are everything.
Ability to build relationships to ensure the longterm security of the payroll bureau.

What you'll be doing:

Managing a team of Payroll professional and guiding them through their payroll career
Driving profitability and liaising with an established and experienced sales team to generate business
Building strong relationships with new clients from day one, becoming their trusted payroll partner.
As Manager driving a culture of positive change and delivering a first class payroll journey
Ensuring all run results balance perfectly with new customers' previous payroll providers.
Guiding clients on both service and system features, and developing key relationships
Communicating clearly and concisely, always demonstrating excellent customer service.
