Job Title: Payroll Manager
Salary: £60-70,000 per annum
Location: Hertfordshire, hybrid
Contract: 9-12 month FTC
JGA are partnered with a well-known brand seeking a Payroll manager to cover BAU payroll activities whilst the business is going through an HRIS implementation.
We are looking for high-volume payroll experience and Resourcelink knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end payroll process for over 10,000 employees.
Leading payroll teams.
Providing legislative support.
Accurate HMRC reporting.
Reconciliation payments.
Audits (internal and external).
Benefits monitoring
Skills:
CIPP qualification desirable
Proven experience as a PM in a large, multi-sited payroll function (5000+ employees).
Benefits processing experience.
Team management
Resourcelink knowledge
