Payroll Manager
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join a growing organisation based in Salisbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, processing and operating the day-to-day payroll.
Responsibilities as a Payroll Manager:
Processing payroll transactions (over 350 employees) Ensuring they meet HMRC requirements
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
Processing all benefit in kind and expenses
Supervise and coach the payroll administrator
Coordinate timekeeping, HRIS and payroll systems
Working closely with internal teams including HR And accounts
Ensure quarterly establishment reviews are completed with stakeholders
Oversee all changes including new hires, terminations, raises ect
Requirements:
Proven Payroll Manager experience
Payroll Qualification
Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
In-depth and current knowledge, and strong understanding of benefits in kind
Comprehensive payroll software / HRIS experience
Outstanding communication skills
Happy for occasional travel to different depots
This position is working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with the option to work one day from home. Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
