A retail business and iconic brand are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This business is renowned and boasts a superb reputation.
This is an integral role to the payroll department & will play a key part in the department.
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of a large sized payroll
Lead, manage & development the team
Set out clear personal objectives and work with individuals to reach these - monthly, bi yearly & yearly
Manage work loads, distribute work & identify training gaps
Manage any individual performance concerns with regular reviews & one to ones
Oversee all payroll legislation deadlines
Drive payroll compliance and efficiencies
Promote excellent payroll customer service
Candidates must be able to demonstrate proven staff management to be considered for this role.
