Description:
We are supporting a long established and growing manufacturing business based near Droitwich, who are seeking a Payroll professional on a permanent basis. The role will also incorporate some general HR work. As the company payroller you will oversee weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple companies within the group.
* Ensure that that the weekly wages and monthly salaries are paid accurately and on time.
* Answer queries or questions on wages and salary payments.
* Keep and update weekly Absence details, reports and spreadsheets for HR.
* Make payments to the bank for our suppliers by cheque or BACS.
* Petty Cash upkeep.
* Calculate and send Child Support payments.
* Calculate and send Pension payments to bank
* Reconcile Petty cash monthly and post journals.
* P11d’s for the 4 companies
* P60’s for the 4 companies
* All month end submissions, HMRC PAYE &NI
* Set up all new Starters to the business
* Deal appropriately with leavers
* Maintain personnel files
