Description:

TPF Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected practice based in Canterbury, who are looking for a full-time Payroll Executive to join their expanding Payroll Bureau team.

About the role

As a Payroll Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and personable payroll service to a varied portfolio of clients. From preparing payrolls to liaising directly with HMRC, you’ll be involved in every stage of the process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and exceptional client care.

This isn’t just a numbers-driven role — it’s an opportunity to understand how businesses work, build meaningful client relationships and ensure every detail is right. The firm is committed to your development and will fully support you in working towards your CIPP qualification.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking proactive individuals who think ahead, communicate confidently and aren’t afraid to get stuck in. You’ll have a growth mindset, a willingness to challenge yourself and a drive to continually improve.

You’ll bring energy, accuracy and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-focused environment. Rather than simply delivering tasks, you’ll aim to solve problems — thinking commercially and practically to find the right solutions for clients.

Requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-first approach are essential. You’ll build relationships that matter, with both colleagues and clients, helping to deliver real and lasting impact.
