Job Role: Payroll Co-Ordinator
Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 DOE
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Co-Ordinator to join our Payroll Team based at our Head Office in Trafford Park. As a Payroll Co-Ordinator your role will be responsible for processing the inhouse weekly payroll for our agency workers.
Here’s what you can expect to be doing:
Effectively working towards payroll deadlines
Leaver’s administration
Managing timesheet return
Making sure all candidates that are to be paid are set up on payroll system correctly.
Making sure all hours/holidays/statutory payments/deductions/fast payments are added on payroll system on time for payroll.
Making sure all invoices are sent to the clients on time.
Customer support
A few things about you:
Previous Payroll Experience is essential and desirable with processing payroll for construction workers (PAYE, Umbrella, CIS, Intermediary and P-32 submissions, AEO administration, HMRC queries)
Knowledge of working with Zeel (Payroll System) is desirable.
Maths and English GCSE Level 3 or above
