* Location: On-site at Hinkley Point (Full-time)
* Working Hours: Standard Monday to Friday hours, with flexibility required to ensure team coverage during longer shifts
* Pay Rate: £25 per hour
* IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Core Responsibilities:
* Timekeeping: Reviewing and auditing hours generated from time clocks to identify and investigate anomalies, such as missing or unusual hours.
* System Usage: Managing hours within the Kronos system, including making necessary updates.
* Calculations: Ensuring accurate calculations for travel time, fares, and subsistence.
* Query Resolution: Addressing and resolving weekly payroll queries related to entries and payments.
Requirements and Recruitment Process:
* Candidate Profile: Candidates should have a background in payroll and preferably an understanding of the National Agreement for the Engineering Construction Industry (NAECI).
* Training: While prior experience with the specific system is beneficial, the team can provide training on the internal systems.
