Description:
AJP are currently looking for a payroll coordinator to work for a large fabrication company based in Wallsend.
This contract will be on a temp to perm basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
Processing all Payroll actions for employees, workers and subcontractors
Agency Invoice (timesheet confirmations)
Monthly payroll prep
HR / Financial Control Monthly reconciliation
Internal stakeholder discussions / communication
External stakeholder discussions / communication (Agencies)
Checking of clocked vs timesheet hours
Timesheet approvals process
Invoice reconciliation and approval, in a timely manner
