Portfolio Payroll are currently recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator for a business based in Lancaster City Centre on a permanent basis. The role is a great role for someone looking to build and develop their career in Payroll.
As a Payroll Coordinator, your main duties and responsibilities are:
Processing end to end payroll for 50 monthly and 150 weekly staff.
Manual calculations (important to understand this as they are quite a manual business)
Dealing with contractors and different staff salaries / rates
Processing starters and leavers
SSP, SMP, SPP
Dealing with general payroll queries
Reconciling the payroll
General reporting
Adhoc finance responsibilities
