Description:
Payroll Consultant - Interim Project 4/6 months.
Hybrid, 2 days on site West London or Middlesborough.
The three key areas for this project are:
Running 2 payrolls for circa 500 employees, across the London based HO and Midlands factory sites from a BAU perspective; dealing with complex employer queries, HMRC and Pensions data collation, multi-discipline stakeholder management (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, etc) and preparing payroll to outsource to ADP.
Supporting the FD with various process improvement projects eg. streamlining the internal query receipt and resolution process, integrity of data capture on the T & A system, customising and maximising reporting capability of ADP system, transformation and change experience.
Supporting the FD with strategic business improvements eg HMRC/Pensions/Office of National Statistics reporting, aligning payroll data and reporting with accounting practices, T & A Reporting, etc.If you are an immediately Payroll Specialist with "hands on" experience of running a payroll and strategic projects and process improvement, and are available and able to commit to this project, please get in touch ASAP
