Description
The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for:
Setting up client payrolls
Manage payroll processes on behalf of clients and ensure accurate calculations of wages, deductions and benefits.
CIS
Auto Enrolment Pensions
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and guidelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
Use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest changes in payroll laws and regulations.Profile
The successful Payroll Clerk should have:
A proven track record within a similar role
Proficiency in payroll software.
Strong knowledge in payroll processes and tax regulations.
Excellent numerical abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to resolve payroll queries.
