Salary: £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday - Hybrid 2 days home and 3 days office, free onsite parking
Maternity cover fixed term contract 14 months

An amazing opportunity for an experience Payroll Clerk to join a busy and friendly team to cover maternity leave on a 14-month fixed term contract.
Main duties of the Payroll Clerk will be:
* Managing and processing monthly payroll from start to finish
* Administering all new starters and leavers and updating information
* Managing a variety of company pension schemes
* Processing all statutory documents such as P6, P45, P60, P11D, student loads, maternity / paternity leave etc.
* Investigating and resolving payroll queries
* Ad hoc duties relating to payroll
Ideal candidate should have:
* Payroll experience in a similar position
* A sound knowledge of payroll legislation
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Good knowledge of Excel (V-looks-up/ Pivot tables) and Sage would be an advantage.
* Strong communication skills - written and verbal
