Description:
Our Public Sector Client in Dundee is looking to hire a temporary payroll assistant for a 9 month contract, with the potential for a further extension.
This is a Payroll assistant role, reporting to the Senior HR Adviser. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the payroll provision and HR transactional processes in a shared service team that provides services.
The role holder will be part of a small team coordinating payroll and HR transaction processing to ensure workforce changes are recorded and actioned. They also manage the provision, analysis and presentation of planned and ad hoc workforce information to support effective decision making and corporate reporting.
This role is a hybrid role - allowing 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. There may be some occasional travel within Central Scotland required.
This role is Monday-Friday (Apply online only) and is paid at £16.50/hour.
