Payroll and Finance Manager
Salary: £56,722
Location Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday- Friday (Hybrid, one day a week in office)
My exclusive client based in Tunbridge wells is looking to add a talented Payroll and Finance Manager into their team. You will be managing a small team and will need to be CIPP qualified ( Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals). You will be part of consolidating accounts and reporting on all financial matters along with handling payroll for 650 staff members.

Duties of the Payroll and Finance Manager:
- Managing a dynamic team of 7 individuals and supporting their qualification journeys.
- Handling all payroll for staff of 650 individuals.
- Handling all pension issues and new requirements for new starters etc.
- Handling all administration around parking permits and working with the parking permits officer.
- Having the responsibilities for payment approvals and raising any issues that have arise.
- Develop training for the 7 people you manage.
- Handling al technicalities of the payroll and finance.
Requirements and experience of this Payroll and Finance Manager:
- CIPP qualified
- Management experience
- Payroll experience
- Finance experience in any arena

- Adaptable to new tasks
- Strong communication skills
