Job Title: Payroll Advisor
Contract: FTC 9 months
Location: London Victoria
Salary: £36,000 per annum + bonus and benefits

Responsibilities:
Handle complex payroll queries and administration, such as gross up payments and tax guidance.
Meet stated service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage HR accounting tasks, including preparation and posting of journals, monthly accruals, and full reconciliation.
Assist with executive pay queries, associated taxes, and support their tax year-end responsibilities and planning.
Work closely with the payroll software supplier to ensure compliance.
Participate in the checking and approval process with brand business partners.
Process salary reviews and bonus payments on an annual basis. Skills required:
Up to date payroll legislation experience
Good analytical skills
Able to produce Payroll & HR reports
