Payroll Advisor - Leeds, LS26

Are you an experienced Payroll Advisor looking for a new opportunity in Leeds, LS26? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a permanent basis as a Payroll Advisor. If you have a strong background in end-to-end payroll processing, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees
Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines
Work within a team of 3 Payroll Advisors, to successfully complete end to end payroll of circa 2000 employees  
Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, tax details, and other relevant data
Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and taxes
Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed, providing insights into payroll metrics and trends
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Payroll Advisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes including holiday calculations/ salary sacrifice & redundancy packages
Familiarity with relevant payroll software (Cascade - desired) and a good understanding of payroll/ pension legislation and compliance
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure error-free payroll processing
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Uphold the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 WFH / 2 days office based. Salary between £27.5k - £32k depending on experience.
