Payroll Administrator Temp to Perm
ASAP Start-£14ph-£15.38ph
Office Based- 9am-6pm
Monday-Friday
Shoreditch
A thriving and growing parcel delivery firm require a dynamic Payroll Administrator to join their and outgoing team ASAP on a temp basis initially with the view to go permanent.
The role:
Generating payroll reports for management
Processing payroll weekly to meet deadlines
Communicating with external parties to facilitate the processing of payroll
Reconciling driver's route data with the payroll
Auditing information to verify accuracy and updating as needed
Investigating payment discrepancies by liaising with different departments to verify claims
Creating adjustments, which may involve processing additional payments or deductionsThe ideal candidate will have:
Happy to work in the office 5 days per week-Monday-Friday
Previous experience working within Transportation, Supply Chain and Logistics extremely beneficial
Experience using PayCaptain, Slack desirable not essential
Previous experience liaising with delivery drivers and manually obtaining timesheet data
High levels of accuracy essential
Effective communicator across all levels of the business
