GREEN LIGHT RECRUITMENT
Since 2012 GLR have grown from strength to strength and as such are looking at increasing our internal team and now require a Part time payroll administrator.
You will be playing a crucial role in supporting our business by handling all payroll related duties.
SHIFT PATTERN
Due to the requirements of our business, you will be required to work on site every Monday and Tuesday from with 1 hour for lunch.
THE ROLE:
* Timesheet processing, including calculating payable hours, commission, bonuses and any relevant deductions.
* Sending timesheets and costings to clients for approval, and chasing/amending as required.
* Input payroll data into relevant spreadsheets and process accordingly.
* Liaising with external payroll providers for accurate processing of wages.
* Processing new starters/leaver details.
* Address payroll queries promptly and professionally.
* Run reports and produce necessary documents in a timely manner.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office-based role and have strong IT skills, with a particular focus on Microsoft software (Outlook and Excel). You will have a high attention to detail and strong organisational skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team, with good vocal communication skills.
