A meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator is required to join a dedicated Accounting & Finance team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of payroll processes, and a commitment to providing excellent service to the Professional Services sector.

Description

Processing payroll transactions efficiently and accurately.
Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and company policies.
Maintaining and updating payroll records.
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries.
Preparing payroll reports for management review.
Assisting with year-end processes such as P60s.
Providing excellent customer service to employees and external stakeholders.Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

Experience working within a payroll function.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work well within a team and independently.
