PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

A permanent opportunity to support one of the world’s leading universities as a Payroll Administrator!
  
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

Processing payroll for all university employees accurately and timely, including salary calculations, deductions, and adjustments
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing payroll, including tax laws, pension schemes, and employment regulations
Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data in the payroll system, ensuring confidentiality and data security
Collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure accurate processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes affecting payroll
Responding promptly to employee inquiries and requests related to payroll, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively
Reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies as needed, ensuring accuracy of payments and deductions
Staying informed about changes in payroll regulations and best practices, and updating payroll processes accordingly
Assisting with payroll-related projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, process improvements, and audits
Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on payroll-related matters, including tax withholding, benefits, and expense reimbursements PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:

12 months working in the finance and payroll space
Two years working in administrator
