Payroll Administrator
Salary: £23,000 to £25,292
Hours: 35-38 per week
Schedule: Mon-Fri days
RSD Technology are seeking a professional administrator to assist the payroll department with incoming and proactive daily tasks.
Requirements:
* High standard of communication skills – written and verbal
* Professional and well presented.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as with others in a small team environment
* Well organised and self motivated, with a positive nature
* Experience working within an office environment.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work-load
* Ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Payroll/Financial data processing and administration
* Dealing with queries and enquiries efficiently and effectively to resolution
* Incoming/Outgoing post
* Photocopying & Filing
* Other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required by the Office Manager
