Description:
As a payroll admin, your main duties and responsibilities in the role are:
Payroll Processing: Administer end-to-end monthly payroll and Time & Attendance systems accurately within deadlines.
Data & Adjustments: Manage all employee records, tracking starters, leavers, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Compliance & Audits: Handle PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, P60s, and audits in strict alignment with GDPR.
Query Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact to resolve pay queries for staff and managers efficiently.
Financial Control: Reconcile payroll reports, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all changes have formal authorisation.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and operations to streamline processes and drive continuous improvements.
